our best friend is green and lives in a tree...

so these are our new best friends lately

it really is a cute show...we have both videos that are out right now...and are of course highly anticipating "bananas, bubbles, and busy bodies" due out in Fall 2006...i am just thankful that we finally got the full length videos and aren't watching the 5 minute preview DVD over and over all day long! for real though, Jack really enjoys it, and I do too...you can find out more about it here

The Critz's are also Boz fans. I need to get one for Hayley too. I bet she would like it! Thanks for sharing the info!

I am so happy that he is having fun with the full-length features instead of having to watch the 5 minute preview over and over! I love the way he says...b-o-z.
Love him and you too!

Reel FX puts out Boz and they are a wonderful company. Brad worked there for a couple of years when Maelan was born. Do you know the Carman's? Dale Carman started Reel FX and he & Kristi, and kids, have been part of the Fortress church since it's early days. Fortress church is where Joe Hays used to be a pastor. Small word, huh? Kind of a six degrees of separation thing.

We haven't actually seen Boz yet, but would you believe that Brad got to tryout for the voice part of Boz? (They were calling the bear Bix at the time). Obviously the part went to someone else, but it was fun to be asked. Wouldn't that have been weird if the big green bear was Matt's cousin!

We're thinking about ya'll, too, and praying for you during all your changes. We know how unsettling - and settling - it can all be. Thank you for your comment about learning to follow your husband's lead as he follows the Lord. That idea is so misunderstood but it is vital and will infuse your marriage with an amazing depth and unity. The Lord will honor your submission and trust. Ooooh - there's that "s" word, but I've learned (and am learning!) that it's a beautiful, beautiful word.

Also, a lesson the Lord has repeatedly sent us is "Be willing." He tells us to follow a path that makes no sense, or that we don't want to get on, and when we start down it He says, "Okay, now that I know you're willing to do whatever I say, here's what I want you to do instead." Or, "This path actually leads here, not where you thought it was going."

We've said before that you are an amazing family and it remains true. We are glad to include you in the list of friends and family we can point to, and tell our children, "That family loves the Lord. They hear His voice and they follow."

Happy Anniversary and Birthdays!
